Delivery

Preparation and Shipping Times

As each piece is handcrafted and produced in small batches, a preparation period may be required before shipping.

Orders are generally shipped within 20 to 25 business days, depending on the products and stock availability.

For custom-made or personalized items, delivery times may be extended. In such cases, the estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page.

Delivery Methods
Deliveries are handled by specialized carriers to ensure proper handling of furniture and fragile items.

Delivery is made:

• to your home,
• to the ground floor of your building,
• or by appointment, depending on the product.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

• weight,
• volume,
• and destination.

Receipt of Order

The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the package and product upon delivery. In case of any anomaly (damaged package, broken product, missing item), precise reservations must be made with the carrier and reported within 48 hours with supporting photos.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

• in their original condition,
• unused,
• accompanied by their original packaging,
• and properly protected for transport.

Any incomplete, damaged, or spoiled product returned will not be refunded.

Return Costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of:

• an error on our part,
• or a defective/damaged product upon receipt.

Products Excluded from Returns

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund

Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original order.

Additional Information

Each piece is handcrafted. Slight variations in shade, texture, wood grain, or finish may exist from one product to another. These differences are part of the unique and authentic character of each creation.
