These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the Le Comptoir Marocain website.

Le Comptoir Marocain offers for sale decorative items, artisanal furniture, basketry, home linen, and creations inspired by Moroccan craftsmanship.

Any order placed on the site implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Le Comptoir Marocain.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those appearing on the website on the day of the customer's consultation, within the limits of available stock.

Each item is presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, photographs, colors, dimensions, and finishes may vary slightly due to the artisanal nature of the products.

As handcrafted creations are made by hand, certain irregularities or minor differences cannot be considered defects but rather characteristics inherent to artisanal work.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC).

Delivery costs are specified before the final validation of the order.

Le Comptoir Marocain reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is validated.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER

Any order placed on the site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

The order is considered final after payment validation and receipt of the confirmation email.

Le Comptoir Marocain reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer or payment default.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

Orders are paid in full upon validation of the order.

Payments are secured via the payment solutions offered on the site.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order.

As each item is carefully selected or manufactured, preparation and delivery times may vary depending on the products.

The estimated delivery time is indicated on each product page.

In case of exceptional delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after receipt and verification of the returned products.

ARTICLE 8 – CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, made-to-measure, personalized, or custom-made products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 9 – WARRANTIES

Products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects provided for by current French legislation.

ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA

Information collected during orders is used solely for the purpose of order processing, customer relations, and compliance with legal obligations.

Le Comptoir Marocain undertakes to comply with applicable regulations regarding personal data protection.

ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Failing an amicable agreement, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
